RETURN POLICY 


Disclaimer

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We","Us" and Kalahari Trading, refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. "Website" and "Online Store" can be used interchangeably throughout this document and hold the same meaning within the scope of this document. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing South African Law. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

1. Returns

No Refunds/Exchanges 

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item(s) that you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@kalaharitrading.co.za with details of the product and the defect.  Returns of defective items must be done within 7 days of receipt of order.  There is no warranty or guarantee on any electrical or electronic equipment, batteries and power supply units that require installation.

There is no warranty or guarantee on any items that are purchased for resale as the sellers conditions will then apply. The seller needs to stipulate their own conditions of sale, warranty and guarantee terms.

Under exceptional circumstances, should an item be accepted and returned to us for a refund, it will subject to a restocking, handling and packaging fee of 10% or a minimum of R500 per order.


Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.


2. Shipping

Please contact us for a return shipping address.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the product(s) during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
